For every item listed in our shop we guarantee it's authenticity and each of the goods has a lifetime warranty.

 
2. Prices

The prices are fix and expressed in Euro. Price is understood to be net, without shipping costs. Prices are subject to change without notice. In ad hoc cases, the buyer will have to consider the payment of any customs duty or local tax charges themselves. Once is the amount paid  with delivery and insurance  costs the item is sent to be delivered.

 
3.Payment

Item must be paid until 10 working days of purchase otherwise we take the right to cancel the purchase.

4.Delivery

Delivery time varies depending on the shipment that is being cleared. The average delivery time is 3-4 working days for Slovakia by mail. For deliveries in Europe the time is about 5 - 10 working days by courier or mail. For deliveries to the rest of the world the delivery time is approximately 10-14 working days by courier or mail.

 
5. Return policy

You have the right to  cancel this purchase within 21 days from the day of delivery of the goods without  any justification. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or e-mail) of your decision to cancel the purchase. Withdrawal must be made in writing delivered via email or via post addressed to: Slávia Piešťany s.r.o, Rázusova 7, Pieštany 92101, Slovakia

 
Item must be send to the address mentioned and buyer takes the fully responsibility  to condition of the item during the transport. After delivery and unchanged condition of the item the amount will be credited back to buyer within maximum of 7 working days due to international bank transfer duration.

6 Cultural Heritage

“Protection of Cultural Heritage" - A coin which according to Slovak legal Act no. 207/2009 Z. z  cannot be exported without permission, will not be sent outside the territory of the Slovak Republic. This fact will be consulted with the buyer before making the payment.
