This banknote was issued by Cuba in 2023. It has a face value of 100 pesos. It belongs to the AP-39 series.

The obverse of the note features a portrait of Carlos Manuel de Cespedes. Carlos Manuel de Cespedes is an important figure in Cuban history, known for his role as an independence leader in the 19th century. He is often considered the "Father of the Homeland" in Cuba.

The reverse of the note illustrates a scene of Havana and also depicts José Marti. José Marti was a Cuban poet, essayist, journalist, revolutionary and thinker. He is an emblematic figure in the struggle for Cuba's independence from Spanish rule in the 19th century.
