Bi-metallic (nickel silver centre - cupronickel ring) - 8 5 g - 25 75 mm in diameter - 2 20 mm thick.

The design depicts seven staircases (illustrating the seven parishes or administrative divisions of Andorra) forming mountains that lead to the valley where the name of the issuing country "ANDORRA" and 2018 appear. These stairs are also the branches of a tree symbolising humanity. Thirty leaves representing the thirty articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights are linked to the branches of this tree. The design is surrounded by the inscription in Catalan "70 ANYS DE LA DECLARACIÓ UNIVERSAL DELS DRETS HUMANS" (70 years of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights).

Edge: striated and inscribed with a 2 followed by two stars, repeated six times, alternating right side up and down.
