§1

Preliminary Provisions

1. The online store Numimarket (hereinafter referred to as the store or seller) belongs to the Dom Aukcyjny Numimarket.pl sp. z.o.o, Poland 61-568 Poznań, Wierzbięcice 22.
2. The store is a third-party provider operating within the www.MA-Shops.com domain (hereinafter referred to as the website) belonging to MA-Shops GmbH, Lankerner Str. 42, 46395 Bocholt.
3. The store offers products for sale (§3 of Terms of Sale) and is responsible for order processing and shipping services (§4 and §5 of Terms of Sale).
4. Each private individual or company placing an order in the store becomes its customer (hereinafter referred to as the client or buyer) and is assigned rights and obligations in accordance with the provisions of the following regulations.

§3

Listings

1. The store offers rare and important ancient and modern coins, medals, tokens, banknotes, militaria, books, and other collectibles.
2. Prices include value-added tax (they are gross prices).
3. Each offered merchandise is original unless specified otherwise in the description.
4. Photos attached to the listing present the exact offered item unless stated otherwise in the description.
5. All grades and descriptions of the state of conditions are subjective opinions of the seller unless graded by a trustworthy (i.e. NGC, PCGS) grading company.
6. The detailed descriptions are provided in good faith. The seller shall reserve the right to possible mistakes in the content. In case of any doubts as to the condition, authenticity, or compliance with the description one shall contact the seller before making a purchase.

§4

Orders

1. All orders are automatically accepted and are processed on weekdays. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays shall be processed in the morning of the following weekday.
2. The buyer shall settle the payment for the order within 7 days. This period may be extended after prior contact with the seller.
3. Processed orders shall be fulfilled within no more than 5 working days from the moment payment is entered in the seller’s bank account.
4. The seller reserves the right to withdraw from the order without specifying the reason. In such a case, the seller is obliged to inform the customer about the fact and refund the funds transferred so far.
5. The placed order may be altered at the client’s request only if the consignment has not been sent and every act of cancelation or alteration should be confirmed by telephone or email.
6. A VAT Invoice may be enclosed to each order at the buyer’s request.

§5

Shipping

1. Unless stated otherwise in the description, the items which value exceeds 16000 PLN, can be brought outside Poland only after the proper permit is obtained, what is regulated by the Polish Legal Act of July 23rd2003, “Protection of Cultural Heritage” and its Amendment of March 18th 2010. It is the Buyer’s obligation to obtain such permits and the Organizer does not intercedes in this process.
2. Shipping costs are fully covered by the client.
3. The buyer should be aware of the responsibility to pay any additional costs, like customs duties, which may appear regardless of the seller.
4. All orders paid via PayPal will be sent to the address associated with the PayPal account from which the payment was received.
5. The company is responsible for lost parcels up to the amount of insurance specified by Poczta Polska or other parcel delivery companies.

§6

Withdrawal

1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without justification by submitting the statement of withdrawal to the store within 14 days of the date of delivery of ordered items.
2. The payment receivable shall be returned to a bank account specified by the Consumer within 14 days of receipt of the purchased merchandise and a withdrawal statement of will.
3. In the event of withdrawal from the contract declaration, the store is not liable for the return shipping expenses.
4. In the event of an unjustified claim or if the purchased merchandise is returned damaged the buyer is liable for all expenses.

§7

Privacy Policy

1. Personal data the clients is collected only for the needs of the store and processed in order to carry out the company’s business.
2. Each of the clients has the right to inspect their personal data, correct it and request the cessation of data processing.

§8

Final Provisions

1. In matters not stipulated by the terms of sale, the general provisions of the Polish Civil Code shall apply.

3. The above-mentioned terms of sale enter into force on 21.07.2021.
