Davenport 1966-A, KM 600.2 (281.2).
NGC MS 62.
Weak strike on obverse with some of the hair and cloth design still preserved this popular "Madonna" type of taler of Karl Theodore is an extremely rare find in a high grade and especially in MS-certified condition. Some of the authors attribute it to its prominent religious design and heavy usage as a "lucky charm". We are offering one graded as MS 62 by NGC. Typically struck with pretty word dies this coin still preserve some lustrous details of the design especially on reverse, clear fields and appealing look for any German Coin Collectors. Described as an "A"-variety in Krause with letters A-E connected in BAVARIAE. Great investment find as well!
