Beauvais (60) R2 bronze
Obverse : Anépigraphe Personnage agenouillé à droite, la tête tournée à droite, cordon perlé
Reverse : Anépigraphe Sanglier enseigne à gauche, les soies hérissées
Pedigree : Collection Topp, Dormagen, Allemagne
Commentary : Joli bronze malgré des concrétions. Patine verte
EN : On this example, the boar ensign is very clear with the large globule belonging to the shaft. The figure on the obverse is very schematic. In his Treatise, S. Scheers indicates two examples at the BN for this type (BN 7307 and 7306A). The description of the bronze BN 7309 in the Muret Chabouillet does not correspond to it.
