Youthful and laureate bust of Louis XV, to right, draped and cuirassed in the antique style; on the cuirass, an anthropomorphic radiant sun head., Cross fleurdelisé and crowned, flanked by four groups of two Ls leaning against each other. Mint letter at 6h., Superb ecu, in a remarkable state of preservation. Especially the cuirass and the radiating head, rarely so well preserved from circulation wear.
