Charles X in coronation attire, holding the hand of justice in his left hand and the inverted sceptre of royalty in his right, with the crown of France resting on a cushion behind him., Legend within a plain circle, all within a laurel wreath., Medal in its original red case, inside green velvet with the arms of the French Royalty.
